In 2005, New Brunswick had the worst GDP growth of all ten provinces (by far).
For the seven years of Tory rule, we only beat the national growth rate twice and that was only because of major projects like the Irving Refinery expansion.
It’s funny, looking back, how the Tories even got away with trying to position the economy in New Brunswick as being wonderful.
