The gravy keeps on comin’

It seems like every other day there is a new multi-million dollar investment from the Federal government into business projects in Ontario and Quebec. The lastest is a $65-million contribution from Ontario and the federal government toward a Navistar research and development project that is being set up in conjunction with the University of Windsor. The Globe & Mail article states the project will create 25 jobs. That’s about $2.5 million in incentives per job.

I was going to say, when was the last time we saw such an investment in Atlantic Canada, but I won’t say it.
